    I bought the new Madden 21 for Xbox and it’s a special edition on the receipt they gave me a 16 digit code and it says for redemption go to mad and rewards.com but every time I do that it says that my screen name or whatever my name is is it signed in
    with EA I don’t understand what the problem is does anybody know how I get to install this code

    Well since xbox only accepts 25 digit codes

    Please read the card that came with the game and looj for the link to redeem

    That means you need to make an origin account which is ea service and link it

    It says go to maddenrewards.com but everytime i do some message comes up saying i dont have a gamertag for EA when i do have a gamertag but i cant figure out how to enter it on the ea page
