Bought Live on Groupon it's Spanish version

I purchase a xbox live 12 month membership for 59.99 on Groupon. When I received the membership it is in Spanish and it says not good in my region, Pennsylvania, US. The sale did not mention that the membership was in Spanish but it does say NO REFUNDS.
Is it legal to sell a membership on Groupon, not inform you that the membership is in Spanish and not ask you where you live before selling it? They sold something that isn't good in the United States. I think this is fraud on Groupon and the people who
were selling the memberships. Is there anything Microsoft can do about it. I don't think selling the memberships on Groupon should be allowed especially if they are selling one that is not good in this area and not giving a refund they just took our money
and sent us something that will never work. I am not the only customer that this happen to they are posting complaints all over groupon. I am going to contact my credit card company and dispute the payment. I think Microsoft needs to know what Groupon is
selling. Something has to be done to stop it.

Please take into consideration that the Support agent which you contacted was doing his best to "guess" the code, even when this is not Xbox Support's issue. Seeing as you bought an Xbox LIVE membership from a third-party retailer (i.e. Groupon) the rights
to Support regarding the product then shift to Groupon, not Microsoft. Have you tried contacting Groupon regarding your purchase from them?

Skyrim DLC Dawnstar

Hi,

This is not a problem but a doubt. I bought the UK version of Skyrim, mainly because I prefer the original English voices rather than the Spanish dubbing. My question is if this will be a problem when I download Dawstar. I know it's being dubbed to Spanish
and, as I live in Spain and have to buy the content through the Spanish Xbox Live, I am not sure if I will get the English original or a mix between the old content in English and the new one in Spanish or some other kind of problem.
