Bought left for dead 2 but cant play it

Hello again, this is really strange, the next procedure to do on the console would be to reset the factory console and reinstall the game after the procedure.

Hello Captincow12, the game belongs to retro so what is happening must be some system error when recognizing the license of the game on your console with your account.

Try to follow the procedures below.

First make sure your account is primary on your console.

Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalisation, and then select My home Xbox.

Then, do a cache cleanup:

1. Go to xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds for it to turn off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Then do the procedure below:

MAC Address

Settings » Network Settings » Advanced Settings » Alternate MAC Address » Click Clear

Will ask to restart the console.

Then test the game, if none of these procedures work try this one below.

Select system > system > console > system

Select Reset console.

Forgot to add: It also took my $14.97 from my account, now ive only got 80 cents after i just went to the shops to get 20 bucks to spend on the sale.
