Bought Left 4 Dead 2, but cant download

With the big sale on I decided to buy left for dead 2, but it never started downloading and on the shop page it wants me to purchase it again. Its on my purchase history on microsoft commerce, but its not on my download history and when i go on my purchase
history on the xbox site I cant add it to the que again. I bought Terraria a few minutes before and that worked perfectly fine.

My Xbox will not download Left 4 Dead 2

Hi can someone please help me I bought left 4 dead 2 in my xbox but it won't download, it keeps on saying can't download this item or left 4 dead 2 has stopped downloading. Any one knows how to fix this please message me on my xbox account LPG YokingGoose

 

Cannot find DLC for Left 4 Dead 1

I need help! I bought left 4 dead and 1500 microsoft points because I wanted to download The Sacrifice campaign for Left 4 Dead 1. The problem came when I looked for this DLC in Xbox Live Marketplace.It was not available for Left 4 Dead 1, just for Left
4 Dead 2. I am from Chile, in Latin America. First I thought that it was a regional problem. But then I realized that none of the DLCs for Left 4 Dead 1 weren`t there. How is this possible? I know people of my country that have Left 4 Dead with Crash Course
(DLC for Left 4 Dead 1).

Please help me, I really want to play The Sacrifice campaign. I bought Microsoft Points just for that campaign. (I did not write in Spanish because in English everyone would understand my problem)

 

Forgot to add: It also took my $14.97 from my account, now ive only got 80 cents after i just went to the shops to get 20 bucks to spend on the sale.
