Bought LA Noire 360 version for Xbox One

Hi, I own an Xbox One and just bought LA Noire from marketplace.xbox.com but bought the 360 version. Because I knew it was sold for the Xbox 360 as well as the Xbox One, figured it will work if I purchase the 360 version but it doesn't appear to be downloading
even after restarting the console. Doesn't the 360 version of the game work on the Xbox One? If not, any chance of a refund?

Unfortunately, the 360 version is not backwards compatible on Xbox One. Here us the link to request a refund of a digital product:

Actually, it's true. LA Noire is a PS3 exclusive. The 360 version got canceled at the last minute.
