    Hello,

    Few hours ago I went to xbox store (Austrian page) and I purchased an Elite haloween Pack for 5€, got charged and received a confirmation email for purchase but pack has still not unlocked for me.

    Will this get resolved by itself later today or do I need to ask for refund?

    Bought Gears of War 4. and received 5 codes:

    Gears of war 4 Operations Gears Pack (worked)

    Gears of war 1 FAIL

    Gears of war 2 (worked)

    Gears of war 3 FAIL

    Gears of war redemption (worked)

    Tried to redeem on xbox app, xbox app for android, xbox.com & console xbox one.

    Same here man! I Pre-ordered Gears of war 4 Ultimate Edition and I have not received my "Bothers to the end elite gear pack". Did you find it? I downloaded everything and tried re-downloading as well. I still haven't got the Bonus content. I tried refreshing
    my Xbox too. I have never had trouble like this befor.

    got my pass for 1800 just before christmas it was on sale :). but yes the season pass entitles you to download the first 4 dlc packs for gears of war 3 at no charge at a saving of 33%.

    Crimson Map Pack Issue.

    If you bought the limited edition of halo 4, entered the war games season pass code you received. Go to the halo 4 menu. It will charge you msp if you try to download from the dashboard or game marketplace. Start up halo 4, go to xbox live marketplace, then
    download the crimson map pack.
