Bought Halo: MCC and the store wants me to buy again.

I recently bought a digital copy of Halo: MCC because my disk would no longer read after a long time of use. The game also needed an update. I waited for all this to finish before trying to start playing again. As soon as I tried to launch the game, it
said I didn't have the license to play it. I have the receipts for both MCC and Reach in my email and can also download the game to my PC. I don't want to play on my PC because then I'll have to wait until everything finally gets ported over. I paid over $40
for this and would love to know why I can't download it to my console.

Halo 3 ODST is an add-on for the MCC so it needs the MCC installed as well. Have just checked the Store and ODST can't be bought separately so it must be the MCC add-on:

Having a similar if not the exact same issue. I have the hard copy of MCC, installed the Halo Channel, and used the code included with the game to get Nightfall. When I open the Halo Channel and go to Nightfall, the only option it gives is to Buy Nightfall.
Even when I hit that button though, it takes me to Nightfall in the MS Store and says I already bought it. Even so, it won't let me play it, it still says Buy Nightfall. WTF?

MCC is a great collection. I finished Halo CE for my 1st time ever. I had only ever finished Halo 4 before. I know I did it backwards lol. But after finishing Halo CE I'm hooked and I will finish Halo 2,3 and 4 (again ). Plus we get Halo ODST for free (I
think as I bought the MCC a week after it was released).

Halo MCC is not a Play Anywhere title so you would have to purchase it again if you want to play it on the Xbox.
