Bought gtaV and no it says I don't own it

Dear Microsoft,

I recently bought GTA V for my xbox one with $60 of Microsoft points on my account and I was able to play the game for about 2-3 weeks before my xbox says that I don't own the game anymore. the Xbox store is telling me I don't own the game. I'm hoping I
can get a refund for the game because it's basically broken. I hope you can help me.

I bought Overwatch: Origins Edition and it says I do not own it

Yeah I get that as well. Even when the game disc is in the console!

It's just another hiccup with the OS.

So recently I bought overwatch Origins edition from the xbox live store and downloaded it on my xbox, now whenever I try to play it, my xbox say I do no own it, I am also and xbox one preview member and have heard this is a known issue, would a moderator
please help me in getting my licensing for Overwatch back?

You should start with a
power cycle of the system, then check to see if the problem is fixed. If that doesn't work the next best option is to do a

factory reset, doing this isn't as bad as it sounds as there's an option that factory resets the OS/settings, but leaves your games and apps installed so they don't have to be redownloaded/reinstalled, you basically only have to log in again, and this should
fix your issue.

It's possible that your pre-order got failed. Please check it on your account order history via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. Check if the status of your order says failed or canceled.

Please note that when pre-ordering an item or game from Xbox, you only get charged around 10 days before the release date. So you may have not noticed that the payment was unsuccessful.

Kindly validate the transaction for the game first. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and locate your order for Sea Of Thieves. It should be visible as "redeemed" or "completed".

Once you have located the transaction, kindly sign out both on your Microsoft Store App and Xbox App then restart your PC before signing back in. Make sure that you will sign in under the account where the game was redeemed.

We need to make sure that the DLC was purchased under the correct Microsoft account. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the DLC from there stated as "completed".

If you were able to see the DLC from there simply remove and re-add your account.

"REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console."

To Reset the Store, Press the Windows Key + R > Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

Then, on the Microsoft Store, type your game name: "Minecraft".

Load the game page and click on "Install".

You can also log into the Minecraft website and download the launcher from there.
