Bought gold via a "Go Gold: Get Ryse Legendary Edition Free" promotion, but never ...

Hello!

Bought a Gold subscription via a promotion on my Xbox One that said "Go Gold and get Ryse Legendary Edition for Free." The purchase was September 13th, and have yet to recieve Ryse. Wondering how/when I can expect this by? Gamertag is .

Did you use a prepaid code or a credit card?

If prepaid code then you don't qualify

 

Thanks for the reply, ngocphi. I used a credit card for this. Have the transaction info to prove it. I vaguely remember the terms and conditions saying it may take a bit to receive the game, but it's been 2 months already.

Just to clarify, did you make sure to purchase Xbox Live Gold after selecting that promotion? If you didn't purchase it through the promotion I'm afraid you wouldn't be qualified.

 

Hey Mister Maka, thank you for the feedback! I made sure to make the purchase after selecting the promotion. Went straight through promo ad on Xbox Live as well, if that helps. I vaguely remember reading the terms as well after I bought it describing how
it may take a bit of time to receive.

Any suggestion on how to resolve this? I have the purchase info in case it's needed. Above all, thanks.

I purchased mine on November 9 and entered the code through the dashboard promotional page and still haven't received the game code

I'm afraid pre-paid codes aren't eligible for this promotion. You would have needed to purchase Xbox Live Gold directly through the promotion. IronOdin11, can you please create a new thread and clarify whether you purchased directly through the promotion?
