Bought gold membership and was charged yet still isnt activating gold

I went and bought two 50 dollar gift cards for the Xbox One since I myself do not own any type of credit card only my bank card (I have one of my parent's on my account that i uss purely as the backup method for payment since its forced). When I got home,
put the money into my account and bought Xbox Live Gold for 12 months it took the money from my balance, I checked my subscriptions and it's saying I have my gold membership yet when I go to start up a game or party the screen to buy a gold memebership pops
up again as if I didn't buy one yet my account was still charged. So I decided maybe theres a glitch in the system and went to buy the one month to see if that would kick it into activating however not only have I been charged for that descision as well but
I'm still facing the same problem. This is starting to really upset me since im deeply feeling that I'm being robbed so if someone can help fix my account that'd be awesome, thanks.

(P.S. I've already tried resetting my xbox twice one of those attempts I simply unplugged the whole console yet it's still giving me the same issue with no way of fixing it)

Can't add family member to my account

There are two people still listed as live family members, yet I am suddenly not. And yes, we were sold a gold family membership last October that was supposed to be good till January 2015, on top of what was left on ours current membership. Infact, it looks
as the "main" acct holder was charged twice over two days for the gold family membership plus charged a 1 month gold membership.

 

Been charged the $, it's saying I got the membership at the payment screen but still considered a silver member...

I just bought a new Gold membership, and I've been charged the money on my credit card. Yet, it seems I'm still considered a Silver member.

It's kind of a problem, how do I get this fixed?
