Bought gold but im still silver

Hi,i just bought a 1 month gold membership and my xbox says im still silver.I talked to one of your guys from lice chat support and the issue was solved but after one hour my xbox says im silver again!

I tried deleting the profile and redownload,plug the cord out for 2 min and checkingconexion with xbox live.

Did you redeem your code here at Xbox.com or did you redeem on your console? If was on Xbox.com, go back to your console and run a connection test. You can find that from the System Settings > Console Settings > Network.

If you redeemed your code here at Xbox.com then it likely hasn't registered with your profile on the console. The connection test refreshes your profile and all being well your Gold subscription should now work. Please let us know if that worked. Thanks.

your shown as silver here, if it was active and was revoked afterwards there is no solution on your own path and you would have to contact xbox Support again to check if your subscription possibly has been dropped for any reason

You'd be better off contacting phone support for more assistance as this sounds like a billing issue. 1-800-469-9269 in North America.

Huh? You can either redeem a code, use paypal or credit card. There is nothing to download. It should instantly give you XBOX LIVE Gold. I paid via paypal a few days ago and I was all set connected to XBOX LIVE instantly. I was prompted any download option
or shipment.
