Bought Gears Of War Xbox One S Edition But Can't Download Game & Adds Ons

URGENT!!! Please HELP! Customer support directed me here.

Bought the Gears Of War Xbox S Edition and redeemed codes but can't download. I Input codes for the GOW4: Ultimate Edition Game and LE Console Pack + Bonus Gear Packs to redeem codes but am not able to download them from anywhere.

Xbox support says that they show I own the license however I do not see them in games that I am able to download nor do I see them in my order history online. If I go to the online store it only give me an option to buy them.

When I redeem codes my old email address is listed. I believe this issue is being caused by my "sign-in" email address and the address listed for when I redeem codes do NOT match. The redeem code email shown on my xbox is an old work address and my xbox
live email address is a current email address.

This is very frustrating to spend $450 on a console and game and not be able to play. Please HELP!

gears of war ultimate edition

i bought the xbox one s gears of war ultimate edition but cant download the previous games. can someone help me

 

Ryse: Son of Rome.

Finally the xbox arrived in holland but i already bought one in germany so that i did not have to wait to long.

When i bought the xbox one i got also Fifa14 and Ryse: son o rome and since dutch region wan't available i switched it to ireland but for downloading add ons you needed a credit card and i dont have one and also do not want one, so i thought well i wait
until the xbox arrives in holland and then in will buy cards that will add money to your account.

So i did i went to de xbox store to download the add ons for ryse: son of rome but with every download it says not available :S so i cannot download any add ons.

Any one else from the netherlands with the same problem? i hope there is a solution for this, or is it because here in holland they released the legendary version of ryse of rome? i do not want to buy the game again ony download the add ons
