Bought Gears of War Ultimate Edition November 2015 and didn't receive tokens for Gears of ...

I purchased Gears of War Ultimate Edition back in November of 2015 with the promise of getting token codes for Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, and Gears of War: Judgement. I never received messages on the in-dash message system with these codes like I was
told. I went through Gearsofwar.com and found an article Gears of War now backwards compatible on Xbox One | Games | Gears of War - Official Site The
link to a forum to post if you didn't receive the codes does not work and the advisor from Xbox over the phone could not help me. Please help!

Missing Gears of War and Gears of War 2

I purchased Gears of War: Ultimate Edition on November 2015 but I only got two Gears games is Gears of War 3 and Gears of Judgment. Help!

Gears of War: Ultimate Edition - Never Got Entire “Gears” Collection

I bought the game disc in late November 2015 from Amazon for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition. The promotion said we would get Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment if we played it before December 31st 2015, which I did -

You must have played Gears Of War: Ultimate Edition before December 31st to receive the previous Gears titles.

I also purchased Xbox One Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Bundle in November 2015. I played Gears of War Ultimate on Xbox Live on 12/31/2015. To date, I have not received anything regarding the downloading of the entire Gears of War Xbox 360 collection
for my Xbox One. Customer support also told me to post on this forum to get the games.

Anyone who plays Gears of War: Ultimate (while connected to Live) before 31st December 2015 will receive tokens for all four Xbox 360 Gears of War games to download. These can then be download by whomever, but only used once.
