    Bought Gears of War 4 Ultimate and didn't receive promo codes


    I purchased Gears of War 4 Ultimate on the Microsoft windows store. I found out recently that you're supposed to get codes for the older games, but after rechecking my emails I found that I never received any codes. Am I not eligible just because I bought
    the game on windows store? I do own an Xbox One.

    Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
    for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!
