I never recieved the code for play Gears of war saga and I have the gears of war ultimate, anyway I bought Gears of war 4 and its has the bonus game for download gears of war 1,2,3 and judgment, but I cant use the code for gears of war 1 and gears of war
3, please I need help asap

Additionally, pre-order incentives are typically sent 7-10 days after the date of pre-order. So, for instance, if you pre-ordered your game on October 1, 2016, you could expect your codes sometime between October 8-11, 2016.

Feel free to post back after 10 days after your pre-order date if you do not have your codes and we'll look into it then.
