    Bought Gears of War 4 back in October 2016 but didn't receive bonus game download codes


    As the title said. I guess the codes were supposed to be sent via dashboard message? I don't see them so I'm guessing I never received them (or they got archived as an older message? But I don't know where to look for that)

    Any help is much appreciated!

    Bought a bundled Xbox one s with Gears of War 4

    Bought a Bundled Xbox one s & Gears of War 4 from Best Buy on October 21, 2016.

    Loaded the Gears of War 4 October 22, 2016 - I have not gotten notice nor received the download codes for the Xbox 360 Gears of War collection that was included in the bundled system/game.

    Will they be coming via notifications or some other fashion?

    I bought the key/code from a 3rd party reseller. Its downloading right now and in my library, it's called "Gears 5 and bonus Gears of War 4".

    I am back because I didn't received the codes yet. Just to clarify, I redeemed the Gears of War 4 on October 7th on my account, so much more days than 10 days after the date I supposed to receive those codes.

    Hi Jacky. I believe that the deal containing all of the previous GoW games was only a
    pre-order bonus. The game launched on October 11th, so if you purchased on the 17th you may not have been eligible.

    This is what I found on Xbox Wire:
