Bought gamepass with reward points

I bought 1 month of gamepass with 6800 reward points and even though my points have been deducted it still isn't letting me access gamepass features, I've restarted my Xbox and waited half an hour and still nothing.

Where do I see that?

You can see your order at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

However, as far as I am aware, you will get an email from Microsoft with the code for the game pass and then you can redeem it. This is how it used to work, not sure whether process has changed. Check your mail, and spam/junk folder as well.

problem has been resolved now, didn't know you had to redeem a code nevermind

Yes it will always be through a code when you redeem points for anything. Then you'll have to go in and manually redeem the code yourself for it to register and active the product you got. Glad you got it worked out now, and enjoy your Game Pass! More games
are being added this week as well for September.
