Bought game, want sweepstakes keys

hello, I bought Forza 7 ultimate edition on preorder, and once the sweepstakes starred I signed up for rewards, but was not given the 10 keys for owning the game.

I've read the rules and I understand you want me to buy it through the rewards program but I preordered the game, it wasn't an option to my knowledge, so I was wondering if I could receive the 10 keys promised for buying Forza 7.

Yet to Receive Forza 7 Mission Points or Keys after 96 hours

I have not yet received either the 5,000 points or the 10 keys to use for the sweepstakes and it has been over 96 hours. I noticed some other posts that also have not received their points or keys. Hoping to get an answer on this as I would like to receive
the keys & points before the sweepstakes ends.

In the Forza Motorsport 7 sweepstakes, one of the ways to earn five keys was to play a Forza game, but I have played for several hours on several of the Forza Motorsport/Horizon sequels and it has already been over 48 hours and I still have not received
my 5 extra keys. Do I have to wait a little longer? And will there be some sort of grace period for me to use the keys? If I do not receive the keys after the sweepstakes is over, will there be some compensation?
