Bought game, only a preview?

We recently bought an Xbox one for my little brother and he really wanted astroneer, so temporarily we got him the preview.

Today we decided to buy it for him but once we bought it all that appeared in our "games and apps" menu was the preview. If we go back to the store and search astroneer up the full game doesnt appear, only the preview. I haven't found any similar problems
online, help would be appreciated.

Hacker bought a game?

First of all, you might want to go to https://account.live.com and change your password.

Then further down the page, enable Two Step Verification and set up the free Authenticator app on your smartphone.

With Two Step Verification enabled, a hacker would have to actually physically steal your phone as well as your new password to get into your account. With the Authenticator app, a hacker couldn't get into your account just with a stolen password.

After you made your account hacking- and theft-proof, you can try to contact the official support at
Contact Us | Xbox Support and ask if they can refund that unauthorized purchase.

 

Accidently bought a game

Once you click Confirm Purchase, the transaction is complete regardless if the download completes. If a game was bought by accident you might be able to contact Microsoft Support to see what your refund options are but typically the purchase disclaimer specifically
states "No Refunds for this item"

 

The game is only in preview mode right now. The full game has not been released yet. Since you purchased the preview, you will receive the full game once it is released.

 

I should,ve mentioned, in the preview we couldn't save the game, buying it was supposed to unlock the full game. It still doesn't save, nothings changed.
