Bought game on wrong console by mistake

i justt bought Forza Horizon 3 on the xbox store on my Computer but i didn't realise that i choose the xbox version instead of the windows 10 one.

Could you please refund the money or give me acces to the windows version of the game instead of the xbox version?

Hello, I bought GTA SA for US region by mistake (obviously I can't play it), now when i changed region back to Deuchland it says that i have to pay 1200MS points again. Are there any chances that Xbox Team can reimburse me MS points?

You can try to contact phone support in your region about any sort of refunds, but you should note that usually for digitally purchased items they do not offer refunds. If you made a mistake they might be able to accommodate you one time but if they say they
can't then that would mean you'd need to purchase that game again for that region.

That game is a Play Anywhere title, so the Windows version should show as free for you.

You'd have to check for it on the Windows Store and download it there. it won't automatically show in your Games.

 

It only gives me the option to buy it again for 69.99€

It makes me upset
