Bought game on the phone for Xbox 1 I don’t see it in the Xbox folder

Follow the directions of FreakRoach and At
the Nozzle but make sure you are signed in on the account that you used to purchase the game.

If you go to your order history at https://account.microsoft.com/orders can you see the game there?

Make sure on your Xbox you're logged with the same account, and from guide open My Games and Apps. You should see the game available in Ready to install list, or if your console was set to automatically install games, your game would have been installed
already. Just check whether game is already installed.

Check your "Ready to Install" Section.

Wondering - do you see oblivion show up in the My Games area of your Xbox profile? I don’t.

Can you see it listed in your library of games on my phone app / Xbox PC app?

I should be appearing online but I don’t and my friends should appear online but they don’t on my phone. Everyone else sees that they’re online but not me. I don’t even have an xbox to restart
