Bought game - not showing under games I own

Please check first if you have a completed transaction for the game on your account's order history at this link, https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

If it's completed there, do the steps below to install it.

Go to My Games and Apps

Move down to the Full Library section

Select the Owned Games tab at the top

Search for the game title.

Select the title and hit Install All

This will queue the title up and begin the installation process.

Anything you bought digitally should show under your Games and Apps as ready to install. If you own any of the games on disc, you would have to use the disc which is why they won't show on their own.

Isn't there even a canceled or refunded order showing?

If not, I would recommend you to contact your bank or credit card company to dispute the charge. I'm almost sure Xbox support will not be able to refund you if you don't have an order showing on your Microsoft account.

Do you have any other Microsoft account that could have purchased it?

If the money was really taken from your bank account, I would suggest you to contact them and dispute the charge. Since there is no order showing on your Microsoft order history, there will be no way for the Xbox support to give you the game license or refund you. I'm sorry about this.

no I only use one account also I am able to play the game but there no dlcs and it says you can play mortal kombat or buy it to own it
