Bought game no download

After submitting, wait for an email on the status of your refund. You should get one within 72 hours and if your request is approved, you'll get your money back soon after. Refunds are processed in 3 - 5 days.

If the charge doesn't show on that link, then I'll suggest you reach out to your bank and dispute the charge, requesting a charge back.

Please try to go to your download history and see if the game is located there. If the game was purchased properly you should also be able to see it in your transaction history
here.

To access your download history go to your Xbox 360 Dashboard > Settings > Account > Download History.

The game isn't in the history. But like I've said, the game was paid correctly.

Ok, just to clarify, I had to have bought the game, not downloaded it. Because I downloaded it from game pass, not bought it.
