    Hi!

    A while ago, I bought D3 + necromancer DLC on my Xbox one S. Now I got a new Xbox one X and transfered my games with external hard drive. However, Now that i installed the game, It says that i have to buy it again.

    With my bankstatement in hand, I still can't reach support and varefy this.

    How am I supposed to solve this?

    I bought gold but it says I haven't

    so I bought gold for 12 months in June about 2 months later I was unable to download games with gold but I was still able to play online. Only today it says that I have to buy gold and can't play online. I'm not sure what's going on but I hope it can be

    We need to locate the order transaction for the game by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. Kindly check the game from there and make sure that the status is "completed".

    Also, if it's not showing up from there kindly check all Microsoft accounts that you own.

    By the way, are you on Xbox or PC?
