    My 9 year old son received Xbox gift cards for Christmas & was excited to use them. I have an Xbox live Gold account & received Prison Architect free as part of the Games with Gold program. My son plays with his own Xbox Live (not gold) account on my
    Xbox. He was excited to purchase add-ons for this game. When he tried he ended up buying the game that I already have. He was crying because now he didn't have enough to get the DLC he thought he was buying. I think it stinks that this happened. I don't
    know if I can request a refund since this is a game he really enjoys playing. The transaction number is [Mod Removed - Personal Information].
    Would it be possible to refund this game & still let him play it?

    Smiles, I think it needed to be that big for the people that didn't own the retail game. Maybe it's a smaller download if you already own the game? idk, I bought the game afterwards.
