Bought game for XBOX 360 won't download due to it being corrupted. Took $ anyway.

Hi not sure where to post this or who I could call about this but any help would be appreciated.

I just bought Bloodrayne 2 for my XBOX 360 it took my 9.99 for it downloaded it to 80% then tells me it can't download Bloodrayne 2. When you look in the storage it is under Unknown Game 2.8 gigs. When you click on that it says
Corrupted XBOX 360 Game 2.8 gigs.

I would like obviously like this fixed or my money back. There is no reason this game should be up for download if it's corrupted I downloaded Dead to rights 1 and Star Wars KOTOR and they both work. I hope someone can help me with
this.

VEVO app is gone now

I bought a new xbox 360.. and now it won't let me download the VEVO app onto it anymore.

Is there anyway for me to download it again?

New Xbox One Experience is such an improvement, except...!

My Xbox One won't down load some of the 360 games or certain games I already had on it. Also it won't download some of my DLC for games. It says it's corrupted and I should uninstall in and try reinstalling but the thing is when I go to uninstall it it won't
uninstall and just stays on my console. It does this with new games as well. I have bought some new games and it says it can't download it because it is corrupted. How can a brand new game be corrupted? It can't. Other than that the new experience is fine.
I would just love it if Microsoft would fix these bugs and all the other bugs that people are having ASAP so we can all enjoy the new experience

That's usually the sign of a region issue. If your account region does not match your physical location, or you live in a region where the game is not available, you will have issues downloading some content.

For refunds, you would have to try contacting support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

Maybe the local Xbox 360 storage became corrupted.

It might be that you lose game progress with this solution, but since it won't sync anyways, you don't have much to lose.

Go to the storage settings of your Xbox One console and clear the local Xbox 360 storage.

Start any Xbox 360 game on your Xbox One, and press View and Menu (the small buttons next to the Xbox button), and download your profile again.

Then check if the games now synchronize properly.

Just a heads up, the latest batch of original Xbox games are available to purchase but will not download to Xbox 360. The download corrupts near the end.

This is usually due to the download being flagged on Microsoft's end as "Xbox 360 Game" instead of "Xbox Originals".

Hopefully this'll get resolved soon.

That's great news that the error can be resolved. Have been trying to download The Emperors Tomb for days. Complete format of Xbox 360, OS update deleted and reinstalled. Network checked, downloaded other live content no problem. Thought it was me! or 360,
