    I bought a game code for Mafia II Definitive edition. It website said I was all good, but when i found the game in my recent transaction, it says the status is canceled. I’m very confused.

    Where did you purchase the game code from? If it was Microsoft Store, you would not have got a code. It would have been put straight on your account. If it says it has been cancelled, then you will need to contact Xbox support, so they can find out why

    “Instillation Stopped” as soon as I start downloading

    I can’t install the game Ark Survival at first it wasn’t loading the game and would go to Home Screen so I uninstalled to see if I’ll install and fix the problem but now it says “Installation stopped” now stuck with this no.
