    Hello Guys so uuuuuh

    I've got a big problem here.

    Since this pandemic began.. i started buying games to play in this quarantine, and this Issue m wanting to tell never happened to me before... I Tried To Buy Tom Clancy's The Division Gold Edition since it is on sale..

    The Transaction appeared on my bank account and " I SUPPOSE" XBox got the money..

    But i can't download it it says "Buy" again not dowbload...

    I went to check my order history but i didn't find thh game.

    Please Help I'm Frustrated ����

    Hi, Nestor. Tried everything, but redeemed game does not appear neither in My Games nor Order History/Purchases. It does not appear in Edge on Xbox, nor does it appear in Firefox (both on account.xbox.com and account.microsoft.com) on PC. It's as if the
    game was never redeemed. But it was, and key was purchased on cdkeys IIRC and redeemed on console. What happens if we need to reformat or reset the console? How will we able to install the game if there's no record of it in Order History/Purchases? Can the
    code be redeemed again?

    WHY WAS THE XBOX.COM, XBOX 360 DOWNLOAD HISTORY REMOVED?

    No ta da: you should know that billing history does not cover our entire XBOX 360 purchase history as it goes back just many months (additionally) it is not a replacement for "download history" that is not functioning correctly (nor is it a replacement
    for taking down the XBOX 360 downloads in my games).

    the license list     for the account? If the purchase and license appear on the account, we recommend checking
