    Bought game at Microsoft store on XBox One, worked for a while, now it won't


    my daughter bought Batman: Arkham Knight at the store Microsoft store while on the Xbox via her account. It worked for quite a while, but now it is the only game that won't play. It prompts her to put in a disc but she can't, since she downloaded the game.
    I tried buying it for her again, but when we go back into the Microsoft store, it shows that it is installed. And then there is an error when I try to buy it anyway. How do I fix this? Do I need to guy buy the game in disc format? It is irritating to have
    to buy it twice but I'm at a loss.

    Apps not working after latest update

    Another update, while my IP won't be out here until Thursday, I had a PC update and now my Microsoft Store won't download apps there either. So it seems to be the Microsoft Store on both Xbox and PC.

    Issue with getting xbox 360 game in the Microsoft store

    I bought one game in the Microsoft Store on this account over 2 weeks ago but it was for Xbox One. Should I buy the game for xbox 360 with backward capability in Microsoft Store?

    Sorry to hear it. Try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

    If it does not then delete the game, power cycle then redownload it.

    I bought the disc at the store, disc wouldn't work so I bought it online.

    The physical one seemed to interfere with the download, telling me the disc is damaged, but I'd take it out and it'd tell me to insert disc to download

    So I deleted both versions and clicked "buy" on the premium version again: the idea being that once I punched in my password it would tell me I own it already.

    It did.

    I didn't receive a notice saying I was being charged.

    Clear the the game out.

    Try the power cycle thing.

    Find the game in the store again.

    Hit "buy".

    Once it tells you that you own it you should be able to re download.

    I am having the same issue.. I know I purchased the download for Xbox One.. I have not played the game in months, but now it says the same thing.. "Do you own this game"? Yes I do.. I also do not see that I purchased it in my history either, but it is bought
    and paid for.. I hope they fix this immediately..
