Bought ForzaHorizon tokens but doesn't show up to use

Try these and see:

1. Press Win+R. Enter the command: control.exe /name Microsoft.CredentialManager
2. Go to the tab "Windows Credentials". Remove all tokens.
3. Restart your device and run Xbox app again to see if it works
4.If it doesn't then proceed with the upgrade through set-up and this time it'll work.

I bought the digital version of ForzaHorizon 5 - it's installed, it takes up over 100 GB on the disk - the game works and it's ok, BUT once a month there is an update of the console system, then to play ForzaHorizon 5 you have to download the game update (the game says it needs to be updated) and so every month it updates 14 GB ... however, the size of the game on the disk does not change.... But why does the game itself have to update after every console update?

If you already used your prestige token on something else for the current prestige then it will not show up. You'll have to wait until next prestige to use your new token.

I bought it, but it doesn't show up in my games list. I use pc if that helps?

I never got one for when I got to first prestige. Still kind of bummed about that, but. Oh well...

Basically - if you don't see them, don't expect to get them. I was told to wait. Well, I've waited 2 months. Nothing.
