Bought Forza Horizon 3 for PC and after launching it nothing happens ...

I just bought Forza Horizon 3 for PC ... installed it via Windows 10 store ... and after installation was completed I got MSG that everything is ready and I can start it ... when I start it I got introduction image and thats it ... nothing happens ... I
want support or refund!

Fh 3 crashing at start

So I bought the game this saturday, and after installing it, I tried launching the game. WHen launching a grey window comes up with the Forza Horizon 3 logo in it, but after a few seconds the window turns completely grey, and then crashes. I talked with
microsoft support for litterally over an hour, but for no use at all. They lead me here, and now I hope you can help me with my problem

Lose a save with 200 hours of play

Hi, a few months ago I took Forza Horizon 3, after 200 hours of play yesterday happens to me that I have to restart your PC then I close Forza Horizon 3 and reboot the PC at power my rescues are gone I returned Level 1 again, kindly you can fix and restore

Same just happened to me trying to play forza horizon 3 on my pc.

So I tried to download 3 games from the Windows Store after uninstalled the Gamepass app.

Nothing worked. I tried on Forza Horizon 4, Zoo Tycoon, and an indy game, none of the game launched.

Are you able to play other games just fine? This issue happens only with Forza Horizon? When did this issue start?

Are you on the Xbox Insider Program?

And are you running Windows 10 or 11?
