I bought fortnite and didn't get my 4000 rewards points from the Summer Spotlight Cool Rewards Event.

Game addon rewards not recived

I bought the limited edition founders pack on fortnite but have not got all the rewards, can I have a refund.

Summer Spotlight rewards not working?

I bought Fortnite on July 25 and have not yet received my 4000 rewards points. Do I just have to wait longer, or did that just not count for some reason? I would have thought the rewards points would come pretty quickly, like they do for the monthly surveys,
but like I said I still have not received them. The bar on the promotion page is filled in green and says $40, but above that it says "Total Rewards Credits Earned: 0"

It takes 96 hours for purchases to reflect on the website.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed filling your progress bar, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

It takes up to 96 hours for us to receive and process purchase information, so it is too early to see that purchase Rewarded.

i've only bought one thing for my avatar - a dog, bought it with reward points from the xbl rewards so didn't really pay for it.

sign up for Microsoft Rewards and get Game Pass Ultimate so you can do the Game Pass Quests and you will be able to save up enough Reward Points to renew the subscription (you could stick with just Live Gold if you only want to play Fortnite and you wont
have to save up as many points to renew it)
