Bought Force Unleashed but can't download it

I just bought star wars the force unleashed 2 on xbox live and it won't let me dowload it, if just keeps saying unable to download

Also, The game add packs for "The Force Unleashed" are not available in Israel. I see them only on your US site and can't download them due to region restrictions. Why is that? it's very furstrating

If you're getting that error, that indicates that your Xbox Live account is a Child/Teen account. Please be sure to sign-in with the parent account and make the purchase (the parent account will need to be signed in on your Xbox One console to play), or
if you have an Xbox 360 console nearby, you can make the purchase on your account through the Xbox 360 Marketplace on an Xbox 360. For further information, check out our

Sorry to hear about the issue with obtaining Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Where are you physically located currently? Does your account match the region? Is your console also connecting to Xbox Live within that region? Generally we see this error if either
your account doesn't match the region you're physically located in, or the region you're physically located in is not currently an Xbox Live Supported Country, which you can see the full list of supported regions

Yes you look in download history i have collecters dlc for the force unleashed 2 and it shows up in it
