Bought Fifa points, got charged, didn't receive the points?

Just wanted to say that the issue has been resolved, I contacted EA on twitter and they gave me a link where I explained the problem and points have been deposited to my account.

When you say there is money, are you saying you received the point, or got charged and did not receive the points?

Also, where are you seeing that error code? Is it an Xbox error code, or a FIFA error code?

I bought 12,000 Fifa points yesterday at 7pm, money came out of my bank account never received the points and never received a confirmation email from Microsoft.

Do you have anyone else on the console that plays the game and could have purchased these? This is an example of something that could happen. Another example is that another person has this console set as their Home console, and it automatically downloads
the purchases there; both of these cases would cause the content to show up, but you not being able to use it. This is especially true if you didn't purchase the content. Let us know!
