Bought fifa 19 points but got no points and money was drawn from bankaccount

Bought the 2200 Point one and recieved nothing, not Email confirmation either, but Money was still taken.

got taken away money

i bought 2 stacks of 4600 fifa points on fifa 19 and i only got the one stack and i just lost my money on the other and didn¨t get the fifa points. and when i check the order chase i can only see the one and when i check my bank account i lost money twice
and only got the 1 out of 2 things i bought.

hi,

have you checked your order history at account.microsoft.com , also its worth signing out and then back into your account.

Your best option would be to get in touch with the official microsoft support team if the points don't get deposited after a few hours.

Yes i was already charged and ive already payed for it.

The charged price is already written off my bankaccount. i already contacted my bank to ask them to transact the money back to my bankaccount. But they couldent do anything cuz i payed with ideal. They said only the webshop i bought the purchased item from can start a investigation. So im basically screwed and cant do nothing at this point. It would suck if i lost my money now.
