Bought Fallout 4 and haven't received my Fallout 3 code. Please help.

I bought my fallout 4 via xbox live on the day after release and i have yet to receive my code. Please help! <3

I pre ordered fallout 4 the day it became available and still haven't received my fallout 3 code. Please help.

I still haven't received my free fallout 3 code after purchasing fallout 4 digital deluxe edition on the 10 of November I bought it through the xbox store can you please help me.

I am having the same issue. I bought the deluxe addition through xbox live two days before it released (the 8th, I believe). It's been over ten days and I still haven't received the code. Is this a glitch or did I potentially purchase Fallout 4 too late?

 

i bought the game 9th of november, but i have not got my fallout 3 code, can someone please help me? now its been 12 days...

 

Spoke to a rep. The code is meant to be received within 7 to 10 days after the release of Fallout 4, not 7 to 10 days after the date you purchased it. So tomorrow will be day 10, and I've been assured we should all be receiving it by then at the latest.
If not, I'm gonna talk more with the reps to see what's up.

 

Everyone check again - I've received my code and it's installing now. Should be fixed.
