Bought DLC twice accidentally

I recently purchased some new DLC from Gears 5, but it told me the purchase couldnt be completed due to online issues....so I even restarted my game and tried to purchase the DLC again, but it still didnt work, only now, I have a duplicate charge. Is there a way I can request a refund, or can this duplicate charge be disputed automatically?

Ok, will the request become invalid if I started using the DLC I purchased?

You can definitely request a refund, to do so please access http://xbox.com/refunds and sign in with the account and then select "Request a refund for a digital purchase" after that, manually check the orders for purchase and Choose the reason the most suitable for your request.

The refund department takes up to 72 hours to respond and the money takes three to 5 business days to go back to the account. I wish you a lovely day, and I hope this helps you out!

I've accidentally bought a piece of DLC for RE5 accidental.

I put it down to my own stupidity though.

agreed , I bought this game in the xbl marketplace for about 3$ yet the dlcs are twice that...

If the dlc which you're seeing is not the one which you bought ? If so then have you paid for the dlc(which you want) twice at the same time or today?
