Bought DLC but didn't get it, took my money anyway.

I just paid for the dlc for Iron Brigade theough the Xbox website. I used my PayPal.

the website said that it couldn't complete the sale and to try again later.

it took my money anyway and now when I go to try and download the dlc it wants me to pay for it again.

can someone please help me either get what is rightfully mine or my money back.

I'm utterly fuming over this as I've never had this problem before.

Purchasing add on's

I bought 3 £60 shark cards and it took my money from my bank but it said that I didn't have authorisation to buy it but it still took my money but didn't give me what I paid for, now I don't know what to do my bank says I bought 3 shark cards but I don't
have the in game money, can you do something Microsoft thanks (and I had £175 in my bank)

 

Bought border lands dlc, but an error code came up and still took my money

Topic states my problem! its not in my download history but it took my money and the dlc pack i bought is nowhere to be found

 

As a side note, PayPal also emailed me the receipt of the transaction so I have proof of purchase.

 

Check the dlc in the store again & see if it want's to charge you.

Also check in your download history to see if it's there ready to download.

If it isn't there & it does want to charge you then you'd need to contact support
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us as they are the only ones who can issue refunds.

You may have to go through paypal though as that's who you used to pay but contact support first.
