Yeah? I never checked mine but I bought mine when it was 50% off so I hope it was when it went through. It said it was when it confirmed my payment, but I never checked my checking acct.

 

it was on sale, but if you got charged, its because you bought it at the wrong time. also, you should have seen the charge that it was going to charge you before you selected confirm

if you have currency, you can only use that on the console, but as far as using your credit card on xbox.com, if your having issues with it, try going to account.live.com, check your security and password and make sure everything is verified, then also check
the basic info to be sure it doesn't say your email needs to be verified. as far as getting that deal though, if its not available, theres nothing that can be done for you because its a sale

 

@Z4Z, Kinda stupid I am only allowed to use it from my home and not through the official website. As for everything else you mentioned. I had done it and had it all reset when they fried my acct back in Jan. Even after all that I still get a message on
my console saying they want another email or #, they already have 2 emails and 1 phone #, what more do they want.

As for the Op, something similar happened to me, I went to buy a game Tuesday evening and they tried to charge me the full price, luckily I caught it ,

 

if they are asking for more information its because the information you added you have not verified. you have to go to account.live.com, select security and password, verify the information that's there until it says you password was last changed on **.**.**,
and your done

 

I can't be bothered to do full information I just do it much as I can do.
