Bought Destiny Collectors Pack and now says I must buy it again. (My character is lvl 40 so ...

Also how does lvl scaling work? If I am lvl 5 playing with a lvl 40 what lvl will the enemies be for each of us? Is it like Dead Island where the same enemy will be lvl 5 for me and lvl 40 for my coop partner, or is it like borderlands where the same enemy
will be lvl 40 rendering the lvl 5 character useless in battle?

I do have the Collectors Edition! If I did not buy the collectors edition I would not be asking this question, and being that i bought the collectors edition and used the code and unlocked the code for all 4 of my other characters...I do not have it on
the Mechromancer so I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue.

No it's not free, you still paid for the DLC and Character. You paid an extra $20 more for the Collectors Edition so you still paid for the DLC & Character. Now if EA/Bioware turn around and say the Standard Edition buyers are going to get it for free then
the Collectors Edition buyers have every right to complain and demand a $10 refund on their Collectors Edition. Standard Edition users get it for free then so do the Collectors Edition.

There's a Collector character in this now? Playable, not an enemy faction? The canon/lore nerds on BSN must have birthed a goat at that news.
