Bought Destiny 2, no credits gained

Good morning.

I bought Destiny 2 throught Xbox One store many days ago 9/14/2017. I have not received credits...

I only get credits for surveys .

In the term of agreement there is written that I get credits when I buy something throught Xbox store (in 96 hours).

Why havn't I got credits?

Xbox Live Rewards credits are not being deposited in my account.

Last year, I bought two games in my account (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege Year 2 Gold Edition, July 9th & Destiny 2 - Game+ Expansion Pass, September 5th) and I've since have not received my credits. Is there any way I can get those credits?

Pre Order Error/Question

I pre ordered Destiny 2, but the credit card was declined. So I was wondering if I could still get the pre order bonuses. I also bought the digital deluxe version launch day, so yeah I just really want those pre order bonuses.

There are currently no offers to receive credits for Destiny. If you have at least 1 star level, it will be part of your VIP rebates. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it is too soon to see credits
pending for September purchases.

I doubt it... if they increase credit gain, there will be a significant drop in how much Microsoft points are bought for veteran, spectre and special pacts.

Have you also bought expansion 1 and 2 for destiny 2 ?

this seems to be a prerequisite for the Forsaken DLC.

I bought destiny 2 shadowkeep dlc I am trying to game share with my family xbox list I need help.

It looks like Destiny 2: Shadowkeep is treating itself as an entirely new game from Destiny 2. While my family was previously able to use 2 copies of Destiny 2 and 1 copy of the expansions, this new expansion seems to need a copy for each family xbox.

The only offer Destiny 2 has been eligible for was a games on demand punchcard. In order to receive credits, you would have had to preorder the game during the offer period along with 2 other eligible games in order to complete the offer and receive the
credits.
