Bought Destiny 2 Annual Pass, now have to buy it another time.

So i already made a post about this:

"So i bought Destiny 2: Annual Pass fully expecting the DLC to be included (Forsaken) but it isn't, and i cannot install it or buy it. And i do not want to buy it in pound or NOK (whatever that is) but just Euros. I feel like i got scammed since i still
cannot play. It wasn't stated anywhere that it didn't come with the DLC. So i feel like if they're offering this you should atleast be able to buy the content. (yes i checked the xbox multiple times and the site aswell)

I am located in the Netherlands, and on those servers i bought the dlc. Now the only Add on options for Destiny 2 in the Netherlands are: "Silver coins and Annual Pass" so i bought the annual pass since i thought it would come with DLC... it didn't. So then
i switched to Norway (wich i've never been to) and then the deluxe edition was there. But it's still regular price even though i already own the Annual Pass. Can i get like a sale on this?

Forsaken is available separately, as that is how I bought it from in the game. You could try getting it from this link instead (With pass)

As for buying the pass separately, you can't yet, as not available to purchase yet on it's own.
