Bought Deluxe upgrade: no deluxe multiplayer chests anywhere. how do i get refunded?

I bought the deluxe edition upgrade and installed it - played about 25 hours of multiplayer and there are NO deluxe edition multiplayer chests ANYWHERE.

I'd like my money back please.

Where Are My Pre-Purchase Bonus Codes?!

How do I receive then redeem the bonuses advertised when I pre-purchased COD WWII digital deluxe version on 9/8/2017 for $99.00 from the Microsoft Store.

Battle of Jakku Help!!

This afternoon, I purchased a BRAND NEW copy of the Battlefront Deluxe Edition. The code to download the weaponry was there, however, I have no way of playing the Battle of Jakku maps!! They aren't in the Xbox store, in game, or anywhere. How do I access
these maps to play? I feel jipped, as I bought the Deluxe Edition for the extra map pack, and now I feel like I got ripped off. Please help!! Thanks in advance

I did not get any code so I cannot redeem this item.

Same thing for the soundtrack - Origin client is asking for a code.

To be honest if I remember reading right, the only "Chest" was a free Large Chest. Unless theres more then I'm missing mine, and i've had the game sense day one. But to be honest, if it was only that Large chest then it was a pretty bad content for Multiplayer

No way to upgrade that I am aware of, if you contact customer support(either on phone or on chat) and explain that you only want a refund to get the upgraded version they MIGHT give you a refund and that would take 24-448 hrs to process. The digital deluxe
content pack can't be bought separately(at least not yet), you get it with the purchase of the digital guardian edition.

For a refund you will have to go to the request a refund form. If you try and contact support they will send you to the webpage as well. In the past Support was able to assist with refunds. All refunds go through the website now. Also there
is an upgrade on the Microsoft store Upgrade deluxe edition currently isn't sold but could be in near future.
