I purchased Fortnite - Deluxe Founder’s Pack on XB1 on the 24th and was able to play the game until the servers went down for maintenance. When they came back up I checked for any updates (which is a habit I have after maintenances like these), installed
the one it found, and proceeded to launch the game. At this point I was asked to purchase a founders pack and could not proceed. I contacted XB1 support, who were awesome, and they went through the ringer trying to help me out. NoGo – they concluded that the
issue was likely on the Fortnite side, so I contacted Fortnite support and still have not heard anything back after 2 days.

I admit, I am a little disappointed with Epic's response time given, that by the time I write this I've been on 3 different calls with great response from XBOX support. I do know I'm not an isolated case in this, and am hoping that if others here have also
had this issue and found a workaround that they can share. I have tried the following and nothing worked:

· Hard reset of the xbox

· Uninstall and reinstall of the game

· Delete my xbox profile from my Xbox, change my xbox live password, then re-add my account to my xbox

· Clear local game history (this can be done in the xbox settings)

· Unlink and relink with my epic account

And I still can't play... It's a bit disappointing given that I paid money to play a game early (even though it will be free next year), and other than the few hrs before the maintenance window, I can't actually play the game.

Ideas? Help? Anyone?

Fortnite pack content

Hi, we have bought 'Fortnite - Super Deluxe Founder’s Pack' but we can not see the extras we got in the pack. The Save the world game works but all that was included in the pack is not visible. Please help.

I bought assassin's Creed origins steelbook gold edition & includes game + deluxe pack + season pass & if I want to play the deluxe pack I have to pay $9.99 I was under the impression that deluxe pack was included & so why do I have to pay $9.99 since it's
included?

same issue I had as you on the 7th day after launch or so. twitter of the game officcial asked me to send mail to epic's game support. and I did. no help replied until my problem automatic solved some how.

now I had the issue again from time to time.

no hint of what happened.

Hello Panda,

Are you talking about a Fortnite bundle code for the game itself and content, as in save the world? As Battle royale is free to install, there is a founder pack and a deluxe founder pack that comes with save the world and other items for save the world.

If you originally purchased and played this content on an Xbox console, it would explain why you don't see the DLC items on the PC version of the game.

Well the game starts up. But in my purchases I can see that I bought and downloaded the deluxe edition with the map packs etc.

But when I play the game the map packs are nowhere to be found.

I've tried the BO4 shop in game and it says the same thing; that I've purchased the content.
