    Bought deluxe edition minecraft for kid but all the deluxe items got added to my account...


    I bought minecraft PC(basic game) a few months ago and mistakenly attached it to my microsoft/xbox account. I recently re-bought the game (PC Deluxe edition) as a gift to put on my daughters account. I applied the code to her account and the game now opens up and plays on her account, however her account doesn't have any of the deluxe items (minecoins and extra skins and such). After extensive troubleshooting I opened the game back up under my account and all of the deluxe addons somehow applied to my account instead of my daughters. However when I look at the orders page in my microsoft account and my daughters account it clearly shows that the deluxe version was bought as a gift and applied to her account.

    I need the deluxe items that I paid for applied to my daughters account.

    We bought the deluxe edition together and put it on his account. We were hoping that it would give both of us the items, but it only gave it to him. I would rather not buy the deluxe again.

    I've tried all this and unfortunately, it didn't work. I think the issue is that I bought the deluxe edition but the deluxe edition no longer exists. There is the base version called just the game Aliens Fireteam Elite, then there is the Into the Hive Edition, and lastly the Ultimate Edition. I looked at my purchases and it says I have bought the Deluxe edition but there is no deluxe version available in the store. I don't know what to do and it's really frustrating.

    I know but in this case I got the standard and the deluxe has an added feature to the base game as well as added items

    Not the same guy, but the same problem. Bought deluxe edition for Windows from minecraft website on 07.10.2023, but seem to have gotten only the base game. No idea where or how to get the redeem code for the deluxe.
