Bought dark souls 3 but haven't received dark souls 1 redeem code

Hello, I was just with Ms support and the agent told me to come here so I can get in priority for the code I already waited 10 days and the agent told me the there's problem with the token, I just don't get it why we can't get the game on purchase =( the
agent told me that she will follow it I hope I can still get it kinda Sucks to wait for a code while all friends already playing it.

Generally it takes 10 business days for the code to be sent - i.e. two complete weeks - so it could be a couple days yet before you receive the code.

 

Not really the agent was right and she solved it and I got my code right after talked to her =) the but they should send codes right after purchase seems silly waiting 2 weeks
