Bought Dark Souls 3 and didn't receive code for Dark Souls after 2 weeks.

I bought it physically about two weeks ago and at the store it was told me that I'd still receive the code because the version of it was from the first stock that arrived, but I still haven't received it yet, checked on messages and nothing from Xbox Live
since the code from Forza Motorsport 6 about the Fallout 4 promo car.

I'm also going to take the chance and say that I haven't received the code for Fallout 3 either after buying Fallout 4. Also physical copy.

Any info of what happened? Is it not available for me?

Didn't receive Dark Souls 1 code after buying Dark Souls 3

As the title says, I bought Dark Souls 3 the first week of April and have yet to receive my code for my copy of Dark Souls 1. I was sent to create a thread for my code by support.

 

Dark Souls 3 Purchase

So when I bought Dark Souls 3 I was told I was supposed to get a digital code for Dark Souls 1 with the purchase. On the Xbox Store when I purchased Dark Souls 3, it said "Get Dark Souls 1 with a purchase of Dark Souls 3." So I waited a little over
a week to get the code and never received it. I looked everywhere for the code and never found it. So please Xbox, help me out with this and hopefully I can receive the code. I contacted Xbox Support and they told me to go here and get help here. So please
help me get the Dark Souls 1 code. Thank you.

If you purchased a physical copy of the game a code should have been included. If you didn't receive a code then please refer back to the retailer for assistance, they'll be able to best help out. Thanks for your understanding If you nave any other Xbox
