    Did you have a recurring payment that ran out and you now have a balance you owe (you can check
    http://account.microsoft.com)? You can't pay a balance with the funds on your account.

    Hi. What are you referring to? Microsoft credits or subscription pays? Could you explain what it is? You could buy a gift card of Xbox Live Gold for 3 months if you do not want to pay recurring subscriptions.
