Bought couple of Xbox 360 games, but it shows as if I don't own them

I have attempted the steps you described, to no success. The games still do not appear under "All owned games" or as owned on the Store

I tried viewing my games on account.xbox.com, but I get instructed to download the app (PC or mobile version). On PC I can only see my PC games, but on mobile I can see my Xbox games, and the games related to this issue are not show. I can see games I have bought previously, but not these last games that I'm having trouble with. I have checked my order history and I can confirm I bought them on the correct account

At this point should I consider requesting a refund and trying to buy them again? I recall reading that the DLCs are non-refundable, so I'm not sure that would work

Sorry to hear you are having a hard time with the 360 games and the DLC's. Now of course as you mentioned those games should appear on the "ready to Install" list on your Xbox Series S. If they are not appearing there then I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:



After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!



First, please select System >Settings >account >remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.



Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.



If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System >Settings >System >Console info >Select Reset console >Choose Reset and keep my games and apps



If this is not working then, please check your games through Microsoft account | Home. Make sure to sign in using the same Microsoft account you are checking on your console.

If you do not see the games through here, or if you have checked your Orders as well and do not see them then you might have purchased them on a separate account.

Normally some basic troubleshooting steps such as removing your account and resetting your console can fix the issue. But since you already tried that, I highly recommend you to check your games through Microsoft account | Home. If you do not see the games through here, Or if you have checked your Orders as well and do not see them then you might have purchased them on a separate account.

However, If you’d like to request a refund for the purchase, be sure to sign in to and submit your request from the account you used to make the purchase.

1. See if your purchase is listed under Purchases that may qualify for a refund. Be sure to sign in from the account used to make the purchase.
   
2. If you see your purchase listed, select that order number, and then select Request refund at the bottom of the list.
   
3. The name of the product and the order number will auto-populate from your selections on the refund order page.
   
4. From the dropdown menu, select your reason for requesting a refund.
   
5. Provide the required information.
   
6. If there is additional information you’d like to provide, use the open text box.
   
7. Your name and the email address associated with your account will be auto-filled after you sign in. If you have a preferred contact email address, it can be updated on the form.
   

You’ll receive a confirmation email, and you should get a response from the support team within 72 hours. To cancel your refund request or to ask for an update on the status of your request, reply to the confirmation email.

If you don’t hear back from the support team within 72 hours, check our homepage for notifications regarding delays in refund processing.

To track the status of your refund request, return to the Refund Request order page or check your order history. If you have a question after your request has been processed, reply to the decision email.

Nice! Me personnaly on my account, nothing changed since I posted this message. But one of my friend Cloning clyde has showed up, Quake Arena and Switchball. But on my account unfortunately nothing changed, i dont own the games even if I bought them on my xbox 360 and on my xbox 360 it's showed I own them. I'll try contact Microsoft again when I have the energy to argue with them lol but there's hope at least....

I own three of the five Xbox 360s in my house (bought all five) I game and use them as cable boxes with cable cards and media extender. However with this dilemma that has split the gaming community at hand I had built a couple of gaming pcs to hold me over
for a couple of years till the smoke clears from this. maybe then I will consider buying it. I'm not boycotting it just yet I'm patiently waiting to see which way it goes so I don't invest in a flop.
