Bought console with 14day live gold trial which never worked. Known issue affects so many.

Purchased my console 1 year ago from Microsoft store. Received 14 day free gold trial. Didn't work! Had to use my annual live gold subscription. I know for a fact that this issue affects many people to this very day. I've called cust. support 6 times. Employees
on phone are giving out "false information". I want a copy of 2 conversations I've had with Xbox Cust. support to clearly prove that I've been cheated my Microsoft! Microsoft is commiting "fraud" by constantly giving out trails that DO NOT WORK! I've tried
to rectify this matter and have been treated like I'm a criminal. When in fact, Microsoft is the criminal. I'm ONLY guilty of purchasing an xbox one s console. There's much more to this scenario which I don't want to detail here in this forum. I want someone
to be in touch with me regarding this matter. I will then explain in full detail what's going on. If need be I want 2 calls that I've made to xbox cust. support to prove who's the liar /cheat! I'm legally entitled to those conversations by law. I refuse to
be a victim of Microsoft's errors!! Get in touch so I can fully explain. What I've written above is extremely condensed and missing a lot of detail as outlined. Which as I've stated I will be more than happy to go over all pertenant details.

Fyi 14day trials dont compond with gold accounts

Also 14day trials restrict you to social matches non ranked play is not permitted with trials

What do you mean by the trial not working?

Trials do not give you a full gold membership,they only give you limited access to some xbox live gold features & a lot of games will not let you play online with a trial.

A lot of people do not realise this & think that the trial is not working when in fact it is.

 

A lot of times just doing a power cycle of your console (hold down power button on front of console for 5 seconds for it to shut off and pull power cord for a minute) will clear the system cache which sometimes will think you don't have gold on your account
(yes even with trial subs) and once you power it back up and sign back in it will work for you too.
